You may already know that when
you see the plus or minus sign
to the left of a group of
emails, notes, or other listings
within Microsoft Office, it
means that you can expand or
collapse the group to either
view or hide the contents.
In addition, by choosing View on
the standard toolbar, you can
choose to expand or collapse ALL
listings.
From View, click on
Expand/Collapse Groups, and then
slide over to again choose your
preference from several options.
Particularly helpful when faced
with a group of 700 emails, a
click of your mouse on this
feature can put YOU in control
of how you view (or act upon)
them.
