You get an email and there's a name you
don't recognize on the "To:" line (or
even on the "Cc:" line ).
This is the person your new client also
sent the email to.
Your client further indicates that he
wants you to copy any email
correspondence you send him - to
this other person.
So now you need to add this other person
to your Outlook Contacts.
Do you call up the company and ask the
receptionist who John Doe is and what
his email address is? Nah...
Just click in that email to highlight
the name, and then R-click to open up a
drop-down menu of options.
You can instantly:
- Add them to your Contacts (their
name and email address is already filled
in for you)
- You can instantly email them; just
choose that option and it opens up an
email all filled in with the contact's
information
- You can schedule a meeting with that
person instantly
There are several other options so try
it and see for yourself.

success,
