The 5 Minute Bulletin Board
Here's Your Tip of the Week!
Print Preview INSTANTLY!

Well... I forgot to change the name of this tip that was just sent with last week's heading... So sorry. If you deleted it thinking you had read it already, please accept this amended tip with the RIGHT name to it!

Okay, let's get on to the business of the Tip of the Week then, shall we?

Who doesn't Print Preview their Word or Excel documents?

Most everyone does, and if you don't, you should to make sure you don't have extra blank pages* or any other visible flaws.

To instantly preview your doc, click Ctl-F2.

When ready to return to working on your document, click your red X at the top which says 'Close Print Preview'.

It's that easy!

* if you do have extra blank pages at the end of your document, revisit July 22nd's Tip of the Week at the archive page of www.The5MinuteBulletinBoard.com to learn how to correct it - BEFORE wasting paper...
